Two employees of JB Roofing were making repairs on the East Tower building in downtown Tiffin Friday morning. Formerly Columbian High School and East Junior High School, the vacant building has been in the mix recently as a possible site for a joint justice center between the city and Seneca County.

The owner of the former East Junior High School expressed a desire Friday to see the property be redeveloped, possibly into a Seneca County justice center, preserving the building and serving as a catalyst for continued downtown revitalization.
